Flag Football League Information:
All Stars Flag Football is a league dedicated to building self esteem, developing friendships, and learning fundamentals while providing each child with equal playing time.
All Stars is a non-competitive sports league that focuses on fun and learning rather than winning and losing. Our goal is to provide your child with a positive sporting experience that will develop their love for athletics.
All Stars will provide each player with a jersey. Parents are responsible for providing their children with black shorts, socks, cleats and mouthguards to wear with their jerseys.
*Mouthguards are required to be worn during all practices and games.
Flag Football Skills Tests / Evaluations:
Date: August 7, 2010
Time: 9:00am – 11:00am
Location: Highland Park Church, East Campus / Family Ministries Building
* The skills tests/evaluations will be held on the flag football fields behind the Family Ministries Building on HPN's east campus
* Every player must attend the evaluation!
* Cleats are recommended!
Flag Football League Schedule:
Practices: Each team will practice (1) day a week for (1) hour, (8) practices total
* Practices will begin the first week of September
* All practices will be held at HPN on either Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday evenings
* Practices usually begin anytime after 5:30 pm
Games: Each team will play (1) game on Saturdays, (6) games total
All Stars Flag Football is an eight week program running from September through October. Each team will play six games.
All games will last about one hour and will take place on Saturdays.
* The first game will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2010.
* All games will be held at HPN on Saturdays.
Awards Night Celebration:

* A special event designed to thank the many participants and volunteers that helped make our season a success.
* Each player is encouraged to wear his/her uniform.
* Every player who attends the Awards Night will receive an award!
